When a notarial deed of the general meeting is required
A notarial deed is mandatory for decisions that amend the founding document (changing the articles of association, increasing or decreasing the share capital), or wherever the law expressly requires it. Without a notarial deed, these resolutions have no effect. In addition, the Land Registry and the Commercial Register require notarised documents to register most changes. I will take care of the whole process: from the notice convening the general meeting, through preparing the documents, to registering the changes with the Commercial Register.
