The minimum share capital for an s.r.o. is CZK 1. On top of that come the Commercial Register filing fee (CZK 6,000) and a notary fee for verifying signatures. My fee depends on the complexity of the case, I will tell you in advance.

To transfer a share you need a share transfer agreement (with officially certified signatures), the consent of the general meeting (if required by the articles of association) and registration of the change with the Commercial Register.

Liquidation includes: the general meeting's resolution to dissolve the company, appointment of a liquidator, settlement of receivables and liabilities, preparation of the final report and deregistration from the Commercial Register. The whole process takes at least 3 months.
