How to claim compensation in criminal proceedings
A victim can claim compensation for material damage, non-material harm, or unjust enrichment directly in criminal proceedings through what is known as an adhesion motion, at the latest by the main hearing. The advantage is that the court can award the claim together with a conviction, without the victim having to file a separate civil lawsuit. If the court does not award the claim or refers it to civil proceedings, I will prepare everything needed for that claim.
