Once a payment order or judgment becomes final, enforcement can begin. A bailiff has statutory powers to secure the debtor’s assets. Choosing the right bailiff and method of enforcement speeds up recovery of the debt.

How enforcement works and which methods are most effective
A bailiff can carry out enforcement in three main ways: deductions from wages (the most reliable, runs automatically for the whole period), attachment of funds from a bank account (fast, but the debtor may deplete the funds), and sale of real estate or movable assets (slow, but very effective for debtors with real property). The choice of method depends on the debtor’s financial situation. I will help you choose the right bailiff and enforcement strategy for maximum effectiveness.
