Current cookie requirements per UOOU recommendations
The Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU) has updated its recommendations for cookie banners in line with the ePrivacy Directive. Key requirements: the ”Reject all” button must be as prominent as ”Accept all” (no dark patterns), granular consent for individual categories, the ability to withdraw consent at any time, and Google Consent Mode v2 for Analytics to work correctly. Websites that fail to meet these requirements can receive a warning or a fine during an inspection. I will help you set up your cookie banner and the technical solution.
