What I will handle for you

If you pass personal data to a third party that processes it on your behalf (cloud services, marketing agencies, accountants, HR systems), you must have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place. Without one, you are in breach of the GDPR.

  • Preparing DPAs for key suppliers
  • Reviewing a DPA submitted by the other party
  • Mandatory requirements of a DPA under Article 28 GDPR
  • International data transfer (standard contractual clauses)
  • Audit of existing DPAs with your current suppliers
  • DPA as part of your company’s GDPR documentation

Which suppliers require a DPA

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is mandatory with every supplier that processes personal data on your behalf: cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox), CRM and e-mail marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), accounting software (Pohoda, Money), IT administrators with access to your systems, and external IT support. A DPA must contain the statutory requirements under Article 28 of the GDPR. Without a DPA, you are in breach during a UOOU inspection. I will prepare a DPA tailored exactly to your specific relationships with your suppliers.
