What you can agree in a prenuptial agreement (modifying marital property)
The Czech Civil Code allows three ways to depart from the statutory marital property regime: extending it, narrowing it, or full separation of property. For example, you can agree that real estate or business interests do not fall into the marital property, or conversely, that each spouse's income remains their exclusive property. The agreement must take the form of a notarial deed.
